I don't want to sound overly dramatic but there is a serious problem that may be spreading globally. This is not an official but an concerned TICK WARNING!
I hate it when people send out bogus or unsubstantiated warnings, and I have even done it myself a couple times out of trust or ignorance... But this one is real, and it's important so please get this warning out to everyone you know:
If someone approaches you saying they are checking for ticks due to the climate changes, and they ask you to take your clothes off and turn around with your arms up, DO NOT DO IT! IT'S A SCAM! They only want to see you naked... I wish I'd gotten this yesterday... I feel so stupid.
